1. Achieve domestic net-zero emissions by 2030.
2. Create millions of jobs in clean and renewable energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing.

- Invest $2 trillion over the next ten years in green research, manufacturing, and exporting
- Commit $400 billion to clean energy research over ten years
- Commit to all new buildings to be zero-emissions by 2028, all electricity to be carbon-neutral by 2030, and all new passenger cars, trucks and buses to be zero emissions by 2030
- Eliminate fossil fuel subsidies
- Require companies to disclose their greenhouse gas emissions and price their exposure to climate risk into their valuations
- Incentivize consumer purchasing of clean and renewable energy, zero emission vehicles, and green products – $1.5 trillion in subsidies
- Incentivize farmers to invest in sustainable farming practices that reduce carbon emissions
- Issue a total moratorium on all new fossil fuel leases, including for drilling offshore and on public lands
